Conflict Modes
The Thomas-Kilmann Conflict Mode inventory
Inventory and 45-minute Consultation: $200*
TKI and/or Dimensions of Leadership Profile and 3 60-minute coaching sessions: $750*

This brief online inventory takes 10-15 minutes to identify how likely you are to use each of the five modes of conflict compared to a control group of 8,000 respondents. Leadership Styles
The Dimensions of Leadership Profile
Inventory and 45" Consultation: $200*
TKI and Dimensions of Leadership Profile and 3 60-minute coaching sessions: $750*

A paper-and-pencil assessment that describes four primary foci of leaders (conscience, ideas, problems, and people) and twelve dimensions of leadership expression. This tool is useful for understanding the complex interaction of leadership efforts that is typical of any group - but especially true of peer-led environments - and for identifying how to match leadership styles and expressions with leadership needs. Note: this instrument identifies preferences and habits but does not assess skills.

Leadership and Management Skills
The CPI 260
Inventory and two 90" consultations: $750*
Longer range coaching packages may be designed to fit individual leadership situations.

The CPI 260 is an online instrument consisting of 260 true/false statements; the assessment takes 20-25 minutes to complete. Responses are compared with typical responses of leadership and managers to provide information about how the respondent would be viewed by a group of objective and knowledgeable others. Note: this instrument identifies current leadership strengths and areas needing development. The written reports and coaching sessions also address the degree to which strategies fit the current context, how strengths can be further developed, and the warning indicators that a strength may also have become a weakness.
